Yes. Even if you cannot see the car listed in our fleets section. You could still request it. Since we have a wide network in Egypt, and we are constantly updating our fleet, so the chances that your request will be satisfied is fairly high.

Any request is open for change with us. If you sent us an RFQ, we highly recommend consulting with us about your needs first, so we can avoid any delays once you receive your car. Otherwise, a quick chat with us will solve the issue.
Just call us, or email us and we will take care of it immidiately for you.
You will immediately receive a replacement vehicle until the issue is resolved by the insurance company. Any additional expenses not covered by the insurance company will be charged to your account.
Any infractions that occur during the rental period from you or one of your employees will be automaticlly held by the corporations guidlines. The rental cost doesn’t cover this, and the driver should pay the issuing authority the ticket they recieved.
Yes we do retrieve the car from another city other than Cairo, if it was mentioned prior renting the vehicle. Otherwise, additional charges will be held.
Of course. This should be mentioned prior to renting the car. This will make sure that they are insured while driving the car and not infringing any laws. Also if the car comes with a chauffeur, they could be added as a driver if it has been requested.
