We are one of the companies in Egypt that work on a results basis. Trust Car is not here to provide your corporation with just cars and chauffeurs; we are here to lower your wasted time, lower your vehicle downtime, and unnecessarily high costs and expenses.

Briefly, we help corporations achieve transportation mobility and flexibility using stress-free car rental and limousine service experiences. That’s why our focus goes beyond maintaining the car or having it cleaned regularly. But also facilitating a customer experience and service that lasts a lifetime relationship.

How did Trust Car start?

Our story began out of need more than a want. Where procurement managers had already too much on their plate to also research the best options in the market regarding limo and car rental service. This is where the founder of the company Refaat jumped on the opportunity to assist busy managers in this side of running the corporation.

This close relationship with procurement managers has helped us create a unique experience that you the managers had created with us. So initially it’s the way that you’d love to have. A human to human interaction, and an easy unbureaucratic method so you can get what you want the fastest way.

What’s it like to work with us?

Our operations are completely remote. Even before COVID, we adapted to the work from home approach since we believe in speed and efficiency, and we did not want our employees to waste time going to and from home to the office every day. When they could use that time to both rest and enjoy it by drinking their morning coffee or afternoon tea. At Trust Car, we believe that this approach creates a balance between work and personal life, which in return ensures a higher productivity rate. Unless your position requires you to be in an office or out in the field, you have the option to work from a coffee shop, home office, or even in Dahab, as long as you are making the life of the client easier and better.

How do we execute our work?

Unlike other companies, at Trust Car we’re not going to overwhelm our clients with mountains of paper loads. Responsiveness, speed, and transparency are the three things that we focus on when you contact us.

That’s why when you request from us, all what you’ll need to sign is the contract. Additionally, when requesting your fleet, you could take the usual approach of sending an RFQ, and we reply with a proposal. Or you can just send us what you need in an email, and we’ll send you our best prices for your case.

With us, you’ll always be in close contact with the fleet, marketing, and sales directors. This will ensure that you’ll always have some to ask whatever question you have while you’re rented fleet is on the road.
